About the team
Shea Winpigler
Administrative Assistant
For Shea, the opportunity to contribute administrative support for Lindsay and red lila yoga's offerings is such an honor. Mixing laughs with learnings on and off the mat is her favorite part of being on the red lila yoga team. Shea is working towards her own 200 hour certification and also works for Holabird Sports.
Shea has been practicing yoga since 2014. Initially drawn to the physicality of the practice, the mental and spiritual benefits are what have kept her on the mat ever since. She loves the opportunity that yoga provides to play, grow, and expand.
