"Throughout my at home practice I had questioned whether I was using proper alignment and really getting the most out of my practice without a teacher to guide me in a class. Lindsay led me through a customized practice focusing on both technique and alignment, as well as encouraging me to try some new postures that were more difficult but extremely exciting to work through and eventually accomplish (especially the inversions)!  Since our 1:1 session, I have continued to apply the technique that she was reinforcing, and have learned to enjoy the journey and push myself to new limits!"

"I began private yoga sessions with Lindsay several months following back surgery. I had tried returning to my normal routine at the gym and nothing seemed to be working well for my low back.  I came to Lindsay with absolutely no yoga experience, but eager to try something new.  With her patient teaching across several sessions, not only of the proper technique of the postures, but the philosophy behind the movement, I gained enough confidence to try my first class.   A couple of years later my entire body is stronger and more flexible than I ever anticipated following surgery and my yoga practice has grown to be a part of my life that I am so grateful for.  Thank you!"
