The art of s l o w i n g down is resonating today. No matter what, there is always 7 seconds to give a hug, 7 seconds to receive one, 2 seconds to smile, 3 seconds to tell someone how incredible they are, and just a moment to tell someone you love them. Slow down by :
Waiting at least two minutes before you respond to any text.
In the car just drive, all the other emails and messages can wait.
As a passenger in the car, be present to those you are with. Your people can wait too.
5 breaths before you move on to the next thing and especially before you respond to something relative to sharing your feelings to someone
Before you sleep, take a few minutes to sit with your eyes closed in silence just breathing, then get cozy in bed.
When you wake up, wait several minutes until you look through your phone or computer. Let the first thing you do when you wake up be about getting present and grounded in yourself
And at any point in your day you feel rushed or full of thought: Stop. Sit. and breathe.
Slow down, and you will access your HEART and live from love.
